With a room, without one, or outdoors

A studio with two rooms and someone teaching in a park on Saturdays do not have the same problems. They do share one: filling up and getting people back.

Studios

Nobody arrives with a mat and is turned away

  • The mats that fit are the places you offer
  • Passes look after themselves, expiry dates included
  • You see who has not come in a month before you lose them

Teachers on their own

No venue, still fully under control

  • Charge by pass even when you rent the room by the hour
  • Your class is seen by people who are not on your list
  • The place opens in the map, no explaining needed

Retreats and workshops

Filling a Saturday or a weekend

  • The retreat shows up where people look for things to do
  • From the listing to buying a place, in one tap
  • You know how many are coming before you close bookings

Whatever you practise

Dynamic, gentle or meditation. If you charge per session or by pass and you need to know who is coming, it fits.

Vinyasa

Dynamic and flowing

Hatha

Classic and slow

Yin

And restorative

Ashtanga

Series and mysore

Pilates

Mat and reformer

Meditation

And mindfulness

What eats your week

The four things that cost the most time in a yoga studio.

Nobody arrives with a mat and is turned away

Each class respects its own capacity. Whoever does not fit knows before leaving home, not at the door with a mat on their shoulder.

Expiring passes, under control

A ten-class pass with a deadline is an argument waiting to happen. Every student sees what is left and until when.

Filling last-minute spots

An empty place at seven is never coming back. You post it as an open class and whoever is looking for somewhere to practise today takes it.

Students who come back, not who vanish

A studio does not lose people all at once: they stop coming. You see who has not shown up in a month while you can still message them.

Out now

Put your open classes and retreats on the app

You post Thursday open class or the October retreat and whoever is looking for somewhere to practise finds it and signs up.

Want to publish your own?

Publishing is limited to verified organisers. Drop us a line and we will set you up: it is free and done the same day.

  • · People who did not know you existed find you
  • · The place opens in the map, no explaining needed
  • · From the listing to booking, in one tap
  • · Whoever finds you ends up following you on Instagram
  • · Fill the empty spots without cutting the price for everyone
  • · You know how many are coming before you open the room

Two tools, each doing its own job

The dashboard · web

Where you run things: people, passes, sessions, timetables, attendance and payments. This is what replaces the notebook and the spreadsheet.

The app · iOS and Android

The listing of open activities. You post yours and whoever is looking for something to do finds it and signs up.

Right now they work separately: the app is the public listing and the dashboard is your internal management. Connecting them is what we are on next.

Other disciplines

Shall we take a look at your studio?

We set it up with your students already in it and you try it for a month. If it does not solve anything, you do not pay.
